The Roastery Coffee Kitchen led by Jason Giagrande offers a seasonal food menu and features specialty coffee, tea and products developed by the team known as “FOUR J”. The FOUR J’s consist of acclaimed chefs, Jason Giagrande, Jonathan Waxman, Jimmy Bradley and Joey Campanaro.

 

Our Coffee

The FOUR J’s took the same approach in the creation of their line of specialty coffees as they do their restaurant menus. They envisioned a coffee and began crafting it from an array of distinct beans. Focusing on specialty grade coffee grown with sustainable harvesting practices, they scrutinized each bean, its roast color, aroma and mouthfeel. Countless hours were spent cupping and tasting. No detail was too small in their pursuit of the perfect cup.

Our Farms

The Four J's passion for coffee led them to crafting their own restaurant blends. Working with Master Coffee Roaster, Jennifer Stone, they traveled the world to meet with select coffee farmers – a trip that culminated in countless tasting sessions and their distinctive Four J roasting style and flavor. Today, they’re proud to bring that same passion to you with The Roastery.
